photoBring your wee one or come solo! This drop-in class is designed for the student who has attended at least one MAMAlates! Six week series class or has prior Pilates experience and wants to take it to the next level. Now that you have reconnected with your core and realingned yourself- let's tone and build strength! We will use resistance bands for most exercises and flow through the class at a quick pace. We will focus more on building upper body strength to facilitate lifting your growing baby. Pre crawling babes welcome!
