PRIVATES: STUDIO SESSIONS

These sessions are offered to clients who want an effective, assisted workout in a beautiful supportive space. The studio session is the ideal place to begin your practice. We will use a variety of apparatus' including the Reformer and stability ball to assist and support in creating a strong foundation for increased flexibility and strength. We will start with a postural assesment and design a program specific to your body's needs.

BEGINING IN JANUARY 2007,I WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE AND SEMI PRIVATE STUDIO SESSIONS ON WEDNESDAY MORNINGS. YOU ARE ABLE TO BRING YOUR PRE-CRAWLING BABY TO THESE SESSIONS!!

$65 per PRIVATE session/ $37.50 EACH STUDENT for SEMI-PRIVATE

$600 for 10 PRIVATES

All Private Studio sessions are 60 minutes.

Divine Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know 24 hours in advance to change or cancel any appointment to avoid being charged for the full price of the session.

All Pilates sessions and packages are non-refundable. Private Packages and Gift Certificates are good for six months from the date of purchase.
