photoYour baby is crawling, you're getting some sleep and you are getting stronger. Now what? Maybe you never had a baby , are fitand want to give Pilates a try. This advanced level Pilates class is an integrative exercise class that combines resistance band exercises with Flow Pilates. Emphasis is placed on working the whole body in a variety of movement sequences to improve body conditioning, posture, abdominal strength, body awareness, and coordination. Challenge yourself and feel (and notice!) the difference. Come ready to work and push your limits. No injuries please. space very limited. class offered as a 6 week series on Wednesday and Friday mornings
